My experience at this hotel far exceeded my high expectations, especially in terms of serving my elderly parents and the heating facilities. the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my parents were comfortable and well taken care of during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. the heating in the apartment was exceptional, keeping us warm and cozy throughout our visit despite the cold weather outside. the kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary cookware and kitchen utensils, making it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy a home-cooked dinner together. the attention to detail in providing such amenities truly made our stay feel like a home away from home.
